Our work together will focus on identifying patterns that may be causing stress or disconnection and developing tools to support more effective communication, empathy, and collaboration. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of your family, honoring each person's perspective while working toward shared goals.

EMDR Sessions $160

Healing from trauma and reclaiming your sense of self.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. Whether you're dealing with the effects of a single event or complex, long-term trauma, EMDR can support your natural healing process—safely and effectively.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help the brain process stuck memories and reduce their emotional impact. Many people experience relief in fewer sessions than they expect, and often find that the emotional charge around past events softens, allowing them to move forward with greater ease and resilience.

EMDR is effective for PTSD, anxiety, panic, grief, and other emotional challenges rooted in difficult life experiences. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, EMDR might be the approach that helps you truly move forward.

Focused Support. Faster Progress. Deeper Healing.

I offer Intensive EMDR Sessions—an accelerated format for individuals who want to dive deeply into healing and growth without the limitations of a standard 50-minute weekly session. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship conflict, burnout, or a significant life transition, intensives provide the time, space, and focus to make meaningful progress in a condensed timeframe. The four week intensive EMDR sessions consists of meeting virtually 3-4 times a week for 55 minutes.

Consultations

$ Negotiable depending on needs

I provide consultations with therapists, students, professionals, managers, and organizations. A consultation is a one-time or short-term meeting designed to explore a particular question, concern, or challenge. It is not the same as entering into a therapy relationship. Consultations are typically 30–60 minutes and may take place virtually or in person. You’ll have space to ask questions, gain feedback, and walk away with next steps—without committing to ongoing therapy.

Hello, I’m Michon

I am so glad you’re here.

I offer compassionate and effective telehealth therapy services tailored to individuals, families, and organizations. My approach integrates evidence-based methods, such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Reality Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to support healing from trauma and emotional distress. I work with clients across a range of concerns, helping them gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Therapy is a hero’s journey. I am here to help you feel emotionally safe and will meet you with kindness and not judgement. Therapy with me is a balance of support, curiosity, challenge, honesty, and humor. Therapy can be fun. It does not have to be overly clinical. You’re in the driver seat of your life and we will go at your own pace. I fully believe that you have to shop around for your therapist and find the right working, therapeutic, relationship for you.

I grew up in Oklahoma and moved to the Pittsburgh area at 16. I completed the Disney College Program in 2006. I attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania for my undergraduate degree and Carlow University for my master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I am now a fully Licensed Professional Counselor.
